I am curious as to what some of your favorite dishes are for steaks and seafood. What sauce you like, what sides you like or something like that.

My favorite dishes for fish always have a whole grain, couscous, trahana/grits/polenta, barley or lentils, or something along those lines, and I prefer a lighter sauce.

For my fish I love tuna raw, but for cooking I love mahi, trigger, flounder, salmon, monk, dorade, redfish, and a few others.

For steak, I love cabernet reductions and I love a great potato dish with my steak and some greens lightly dressed.

What do you like? What types of fish?
