That's not being a kid. That's just being disrespectful of others.
You say the "ME, ME, ME" -- well what is your example? ME, ME, ME....It's the classic "I should be able to do whatever I want, wherever I want, whenever I want". And if that is not "ME, ME, ME" I surely don't know what is. There is plenty of open space on the lake for someone that wants to play, and not irritate others.
