her new proposal is to lift black families out of poverty with a $100 BILLION program; this may actually be a cost savings as it could possibly eliminate the need for SSI, welfare subsidies, food stamps, etc. ( whatch wanna bet the language changes in her proposal ??);

Now that we enter July, i'm just at a loss  what new "give away" programs the DEM hopefuls can dream up--whats left ? forgive ALL mortgage debt for ALL, then there would be no need for a mortgage interest tax deduction.
