The cause of inflation is too many dollars chasing too few goods.  Those dollars were pumped into the economy when we didn't need them.....and yes, I blame Biden and the Democrat controlled Congress for that becasue, well, they controlled Congress and the WH and they spent the money that we have to borrow from China.  And then when they caused inflation it forced the Fed to raise interest rates also making borrowed money more expensive.  And ultimately the Fed is going to have to cause a recession in order to dampen inflation.

Ask yourself this question, why didn't the prior pandemic induced spendng cause inflation?  Answer, because the economy was reeling from the pandemic induced shut down.  But as the economy began to recover as those closures were ended the Democrats just had to pump trillions more even when told it would cause inflation (because it always does for those of us informed on the history of currency and banking).  As for Hunter, the only inflation he is responsible for is the Big Guy's inflated net worth from his pay for play schemes.  And on that note he was very successful.

Yes, we have choices to economize when inflation hits, but wouldn't it be nice if we weren't forced into those decisions by unnecessary inflation?  And wouldn't it be nice if the Fed didn't have to raise inerest rates risking a recession to tackle inflation?  But that and $6 would get me a latte at Starbucks.
