He said it, not me: "Just a report that our boat was damaged earlier in the summer and we have been aggravating with the manager and the owner to try to come to a resolution."

I didn't think "aggravating" was an obscure word; it means "make (a problem, injury, or offense) worse or more serious."

If he would be less aggravating, he would stop "making the problem worse or more serious."

And he admits that he is the one making the problem worse, by being aggravating, so I don't see how that is anyone else's fault but his.

Oh and I don't work for Anchor Bay. I have eaten at the restaurant and bought gas at the marina but I've only spent money there, never been paid by them. And I've never had a boat repaired there.
