We should try to come together as a lake community that acknowledges the changing nature of our circumstances (environmental and otherwise). It would be useful if we could resist the temptation to divide ourselves into easy categories (left/right, dem./rep., war eagle/roll tide) and automatically discredit the opinions of others. Healthy, open, intelligent debate could be particularly important to all of us, and this forum presents us with just such an opportunity.
