The foolish things I remember are the things I have not purchased.

1. 100 acres in Fayette Co.GA for $2000/ acre in 1991 (Now selling for 10X that price.)

2. A 3/4 acre lot and small home on Lake Conway in Orlando for 200K in 1989 (Now worth over 2 Mil)

3. 2 lots on Lake Wedowee in 1995 for 20K each. (Now 300K each; or
more)

4. A two bedroom penthouse beach condo on Hutchinson Island Fla. in 2001 for 399K.

.....thank goodness I was foolish enough to buy on Lake Martin!
