I was in prattville this weekend and until yesterday, I tried to contact you but was not able to. Yes I am very serious about this. I did notice the speed boats have a safety something infront of the propeler. i as have a boat that has installed safety parts. I have looked back on Al's history of this and I can't believe what I have learned. I believe thats, like in a dui case, if you are in a motorised anything it should be the same on land or off. Al said they were out of funds to inforce such a law. This should be something that is not left up to the state but should be a fedarel law. Thats what i want to change. I cant stop people from drinking and boating, even the country stations have a song by little big town called boater boating. The punishment should be the same. If not more strick, on water it takes alot more time to get to you and theres more chances of dieing because of the drowning....this shouldnt happen to anyone!
