Great service, great menu. I tried the impossible first....brisket. And I would not recommend it. Typical result... cooked too fast - dry and tough. The clue is it was sliced thin like lunchmeat. Tasted OK but the chef doesn't have a clue. They should drop this from the menu. The sides were very good though. Brioche bun was terific. I'll bet they makes it because of the personnel. My fingers are crossed!
