Your so called "statistic experts" and those that I rely upon to uphold the scientific research method, determine validity and reliability of various studies are dramatically different Archie.  I rely upon controls, randomization, p-values etc in order to be able to read a paper and judge it as well-designed or error prone.  I doubt that census statisticians utilize the same criteria for designing their long and short forms.

Some things Archie you simply don't understand well enough to comment upon, but that is what the rest of us are here for.
