Your own chart demonstrates that the citizenship question has not been on the general census form since 1950!  In recent years on the 5th year after the census the Bureau has taken a random survey of 3.5 million households to gather info including citizenship.  Those who actually understand statistics know that the random sample is an accurate way to get information.  This info is available to Dear Leader if he will simple ask for it!
