Since I was not disinvited I will respond to your question. It's only because a "hot" microphone was picked up that we know that President Obama leaned over to Russian President Mededev during their meeting in Korea advising him to tell Putin that he would have more "flexibility" on all issues, but particularly on the delicate issue of "missie defense", after the November election. Do you think that all the "powers at be" that you mentioned would have known a word about Obama's advice to Putin had it not been for the "open" microphone? It just so happens that at that time Republican presidential candidate Romney seized on Obama's unintended comment, calling it "alarming and troubling". You see, you only like to tell "one" side of the story. You wouldn't be satisfied even if President Trump made a "taped recording" of his every word and sent to to the New York Times for publication and "your" fake news review.
