The noose is tightening on Mr. Ethics himself. Suddenly as the heat is being turned up on the political corruption within the FBI under his watch and specter of a special counsel looms large, Comey is now claiming that the professor he leaked to in order to get the Mueller investigation going is his "attorney". A pathetically transparent move now that Comey realizes his legal peril in all this. It will be interesting to see what the IG's report shows as well as the congressional committee. Those that have read it certainly use a lot of superlatives and Democrats are desparately trying to prevent the public from seeing it.
I don't know why they are worried. Their bosses in the govt media will cover it like this, "GOP Led Investigation Report Desperate Attempt to Salvage 2018" or "GOP's DOJ Report Makes Lots of Accusations with Little Evidence". And that will just be for one day at the end of each show right after a commercial. All their shows will open up with tons of coverage of Trump's latest tweet about rocket man or what he had for breakfast. And of course the NYT, WaPo, et al will cover it on page 11.
