Geez, according to our left wing nut posters here the economy is going gangbusters.....apparently SOTUS didn't get the memo. I have to give the guy credit, while he is always wrong on the economy he never seems to tire when it comes to making useless speeches. I have never in my 53 years seen a politician that actually truly believes his job is to campaign 24/7/365 for his entire term and is actually stupid enough to think all he has to do is make a speech and something will happen.
Let's see, we have had 95 speeches on Obamacare and it is even more unpopular than ever (even moderate Dems are unhappy with it...finally joining independents and conservatives) and is an absolute, unmitigated train wreck as evidenced by all the delays and waivers and implementation horror stories. He has pivoted to the economy on 18 other occasions during his first and second failed terms and the economy still sucks as evidenced by all the bad economic news, trillions in new debt, higher taxes and fees on all Americans and yes, even the pathetic jobs market that seems to only be creating part time jobs. His glorious speeches about the world coming together under his inspiring ability to read from a teleprompter hasn't worked out so well has it? And to think we are more unpopular and less respected internationally than we were under Bush......no surprise from those of us that actually read history books. He promised us in his many campaign speeches the most most transparent, ethical administration in the history of history and what have we gotten? Benghazi and the subsequent coverup, Fast & Furious and the subsequent coverup, IRS scandal after scandal, NSA, wiretapping media outlets, racial disharmony and discord on a scale not seen since the 60s, Jeremiah Wright, $100M boondoggles to Africa, a hollowing out of our military and on and on and on.
I think we can safely assume that whatever our affirmative action president says he wants the exact opposite will occur. He is over his head when he gets up in the morning and it is all down hill from there.
