No surprise about the response but I am a little more measured considering this is the CBO that said Obamacare would save money. You really have to examine the assumptions that went into the CBO numbers. For example, under Obamacare they assumed 10 years of revenues and only 6 years of expenditures. Complete nonsense but that was their charge and they blindly marched forward.

All that aside, they have a right to be outraged considering what they were told during the campaigns ($100 billion), what was originally offered (zero by Obama and $30 billion by the GOP) and what they got (a compromise of an alleged $38.5 billion).
