I haven't heard that but I did hear about the new on the water bar/eatery.  To be called The Bluffs in reference to Cherokee Bluffs.  For those that don't know the dam is built at a site known as Cherokee Bluffs pre-construction.  My nephew is currently building a house on Blue Creek on a lot my Dad originally bought in 1988.  Dad died in '93 before being able to do anything with the lot but if he coud see that area today he would be blown away. He would beam with pride to see what his favorite Grandson is doing.
