My family has a lake house in Parker Creek and we subscribe to Com-Link / Troy Cable... I decided to call and ask some questions about the new company and their plans, changes, etc. for the acquired CL customers on the lake. The lady I spoke with said the switchover was completed on April 30th. I explained to her that the internet provided by Com-Link was comparable to dial-up, especially during summer weekends and holidays. She responded saying that shouldn't be the case anymore and that the minimum speeds you should see are 15mb down and 5mb up. They only offer one additional internet package and it's only 5mb faster on the download speed.
The cable line up is available on their website (linked below) - use the Ozark or Daleville lineup.

I'd be curious to see if the service lives up to the levels she claims. That would be 5x faster than Com-Link. Keep this thread going with what your experience is with their cable service, internet service, and customer service/support.
