For some reason there are lots of little feifdoms of water companies in this area. I have no idea how this develooped but the result is lots of undercapitalized water companies that are probably politically influenced just can't maintain the systems. The solution is in not calling the water providers but going to see the politicans involved. Tallapoosa county for example has lots of water authorities like this and it begs the question why is there no county water system like most of the southeast?
