Check out https://www.carvercovers.com/.  Their Sundura material is good quality.  I purchased one for a 24' pontoon and it fit ok. I plan on purchasing again for a 16' jon boat.  You will pay 4 to 5 times as much for a custom cover.  If money is no object then I would go custom but it sure is expensive.
