I agree with you on the high water conditions.  I've been on the lake since 1998.  This year the water has been higher than ever by about 1/2 foot compared to the highest it ever achieved in the past 19 years I've been here.  Second, yes this is IRMA and who the hell knows what it will do.  First it was going up the east coast and now it is coming directly at Lake Martin.  Yes at least it is moving but still, rain totals could exceed 3-4" depending on course.  And we don't know that for sure as of 8pm tonight.
