While everyone should have a degree of "compassion" for the homeless people in California, I don't beleive it is the responsibility of the Federal Government(we the taxpayer), to step in and bail out the State for a "calamity" they have played an instrumental part in helping create. The Democratic State Government has raised taxes over a period of years under the "guise" of cleaning up the "deplorable" condition that is now overrunning the State. "Taxes" that have been raised have made their way into the hands of "crooked politicians", which in turn has resulted in the current "conditions" which no "State" or "human being" should be "subjected". If the Federal Government has deemed the situation in California warrants "outside" intervention to clean up conditions that are "worse" than one might "expect" in a "Third World Country", there should be some way that the "Courts" should be able to "step in" and redirect how "State monies" should be used to to "correct" what has become an "obscene, repulsive" situation.
