i lived in Dunwoody for 15 years,  just north of downtown Atlanta & outer loop; in our upper class neighborhood, of about 150 homes, our family and about 25 others were the only families from the South--most were Ohio, Pennsalvania, new York, Jersey, in  the late 90's Dunwoody experienced an huge influx of Asian families, Philipinos, Chinese, etc--all were nice but very liberal-cant speak to marietta, Sandy springs, -so its no surprise to me Abrams got votes from the 'burbs'
