Just pointing out that a CCW does not give you a right to carry while intoxicated, and in most states you are not allowed to carry in a bar, and some even if a restaurant serves alcohol in it regardless if you are drinking.  

The fact that you are scampering from Hounds neighhorhood because you fear her pistol laden purse or some other lawful CCW holder.  Sounds like a win for Hound and the neighborhood in my opinion - We just found a way to keep some vermin away.

It is also not legal to cross into the US illegally, but you do not seem to have a problem with that one, and before you say that illegals do not kill people you might want to do more research - just as not everyone likerd up drives drunk and/or kills people.
