Just one more thing that I wanted to add, basically food for thought, on your average houseboat your are looking at roughly 42 square feet of transom, that is for an I/O, at atleast 2 1/8 thick. So you already have to use atleast 3 to 5 gallons of resin (plus make putty) and several yards of various cloths. Why would pass on to your customers the extra cost of foam? Just a thought, I mean we do this all day, every day, 7 days a week, and bottom line is a great job that will stand the test of time for as least as possible.
