He will be able to help diagnose the problem. I don't think you need new pumps. For more than one pump to go out at one time is highly unlikely. I suspect there is a fuse or relay that you have missed somewhere. If you don't have a schematic try searching online to find one. Service and repair manuals for about anything can be bought relatively inexpensive. Good luck.
