Would you have the same attitude if "President John McCain" was preparing to nominate a supreme in the last year of his 2008-16 administration? Unless you answer an emphatic YeS your are just another political hypocrit.

If the vacancy is not filled for whatever reason before Obama leaves office and either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders and a senate with a Democratic majority are sworn in next January, how will you stand on a possible filabuster of the new president's selection?  Surely you will join Mitch McConnell (yeah sure!) and urge approval because the "voters have spoken", "elections have consequences", "the people have had a say" etc, etc, etc!!
