As I understand it Comey has put himself in legal jeopardy if in fact he believed the President was trying to obstruct justice. He has a legal obligation to immediately report it. So either he did not beleive that was what Trump was trying to do or he committed a felony. So he now has to walk a delicate balancing act. If in his testimony he says he believed at the time it was obstruction then he is a felon. If he says the opposite then this is all much ado about nothing. We know he wants to imflict as much political damage on Trump as he can but he does so at the risk of being a criminal. But hey, maybe he can say that wasn't his intent so he should be let off the hook for an obvious criminal act......it worked for Hillary.
Now you know why I believe in limited govt and why the less things govt does the better. It is indeed a swamp and the fever is high.
