Yes, that certainly is my opinion, but it is based on Trump's own stump speeches.  If you have actually listened to what Trump says and still cannot see the parallels  between Trump's words  and appeals with those of the Fascists of the 20's and 30's, then I respectfully suggest that you are not as educated on the rise of the fascists as you might think.  Trump is no Hitler, he is frankly not bright enough even if he was so disposed, but he is using the same appeals as the dictators of the past to appeal to the baser instincts of the small number of his supporters to whom such appeals seem valid.  He will not deliver on those appeals if elected because America is not that crazy and will not let him.  Inspite of his crazier supporters insistance that he deliver on his promises, he will never "walk the walk", but to deny he is "talking the talk" is to ignore reality.
