Where did I claim to be an expert or portend to tell HHS how to allocate/spend their budget?  Pointing out that only a very small percentage actually went toward their supposed mission of preventing/contolling commucable disease is neither.  Only you would make that stretch. 

As for my accomplishments....try another line of attack.  You and your DH wore that lame game plan out years ago.  Why do I continue to bring him up?  Easy, it really gets under your skin and that makes good sport for me.  Your continual petty attacks on me and others makes you look just as you are, an elitist that looks down on others until/unless they prove their worth to be in your esteemed company.

A little history for you Buteye.  This predates you by 10+ years when her Dumb Husband first found the forum.  It was in its infancy then and was used mainly by me a few others primaraly to play word games.  Then Lamar showed up.  If you think Hound comes off as a know it all you shoulda been around then.  Lamar felt it was his responsibillity to respond to every post with his sage advice and wisdom.  No matter what the subject, he had the answers.  Even on all things Lake Martin, that he had just discovered, while the rest of us had been here all our lives.  The culmination of that phase was when a few of us set him up.  We posted on many subjects with exorbidant tales just to see if we could find something that he didn't respond to with his great wisdom.  The best was when a post went up with a story about a fellow finding what he thought to be a very large uncut diamond in his grandparents belongings after their death.  His story was that he was thinking of trying to 'cut' it himself.  Good ole Lamar hopped right on in with advice on how to do it if he chose to try.  A truly laughable moment.  I was a partner in lucrative jewelry business at the time, hence the idea, but knew only the basics of cutting stones and had never seen it done, but Lamar know all there was to know about the subject.

Then the forum caught on and grew and lamar felt it was his duty to police the action.  He would even demand to know if posters actually owned waterfront property and felt they had no right to post unless they did.  In some instances, including me, demanding proof that we owned property.  It got real ugly at one point culminating with him and a couple of allies demanding Bruce ban me for life.  I'm still here.  When he slunk away in despair Hound stepped in.  They are peas in a pod.  They are the type that feels better about themselves by demeening and belittling others.  Build themselves up by tearing others down, as you have witnissed.  I thought maybe she had changed after having her moderator status revoked for abuse of power but obviuosly that Leopard hasn't changed its spots.  Dare challenge her and you will feel her wrath in the form of some type of belitting comment on your station in life and if that FAILS she will fall back into the grammer police show her superiority.  I find that especially humoruos after reading years of her Dumb Husbands drivel where he couldn't express a cogent thought through the written word with his use of incomplete sentences, improper subject/verb, etc. etc..
