Apparently the DoJ led by Eric Holder has not read the Supreme Court decision regarding the Firefighters from New Haven. This act to make an "F" a passing score in order to place non whites on the Police Department is discriminatory and racist.

Another example of Holder giving favorable treatment to "his people" except this time it's the black applicants from Dayton rather than the Black Panthers intimidating voters. Hire based on competency. Sue if federal laws regarding race are violated. What's next - lowering the test scores to get into medical school. I agree with the local NAACP head that lowering the passing score to an "F" is ridiculous.
