Is there anything unclear about the 2nd Amendment?

Article the fourth [Amendment II] - - A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

To be certain, the problem lies on the human side of the trigger. 

Perhaps the problem is in the domain of enablers.  Why was he living with his old grandparents.  Perhaps the problem is with an irresponsible media.  Perhaps the problem is with some one who saw something - read something - did NOTHING about the crazy that committed the massacre. 

How did this obviously out of place young man wander around an elementary school without anyone noticing? Carrying a bag of ammo!

Regardless of his psychological problems, he was a criminal.  Therein lies the solution:  Deal with the psychological problems and deal with criminals. 

You are correct to be upset about it.  But, rational thought is the order of the day.

and I tell you, the Constitution IS NOT THE PROBLEM!

Nothing short of repealing the 2nd Amendment will do anything about Armalite 15s.  The 2nd Amendment is a RIGHT put in place for a very good reason.  You need to understand it FIRST.
