In a 2-1 ruling her and her office are now officially off the election interference case.  Are we tired of winning yet?  Heck no.....lets keep it going. 

So what does this mean?  First, she will likely appeal to the GA SC but this will take a while and she will more than likely lose there as well.  So we now have a prosecution without a prosecutor.  The case now goes to Pete Skandalakis, a former district attorney and executive director of the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia, who can decide to dismiss the case, send it to another DA or try the case himself.  Given how he has handled the trumped up (pun intended) case against the Lt. Governor I am betting a dismissal.  Do wonder how it impacts the other cases she has brought.

Some bright news in light of Biden taking another record from Jimmy Carter with the longest stock market retreat since the Peanut farmer was President.  No wonder Carter voted for Harris as I am certain she would have broken many more of his records for incompetence.
