I wonder with this arrogance regarding the War Powers Act if Congress will start impeachment proceedings. That is a blatant disregard of powers exclusively reserved to Congress. 32 pages to say a war is not a war unless our soldiers can be killed? Give me a break. I don't think that will fly.
