I compare it to one player shooting craps with loaded dice and the other three playing with standard dice. The one with loaded dice wins and soon his winnings start to be so large that there is no way the other players to can catch up. Eventually, they go bankrupt.

Another way of saying this is that the white male will be like the dinosaur - remembered by the bones. Talked about in the past tense.
