I do mine with similar ingredients but no bell peppers; hot peppers on occasion. I don't pre-cook the onions for more texture. Like most things I make, the recipe varies with mood. I add crumbled blue cheese most of the time.

...not a fan of adding tomato paste or catchup on top.
