AL is sadly on the way and it will, like GA and FL and TN and MS will get where they might not have had to go had their governors acted earlier and stronger.  Every state should have taken the actions taken in CA and IL and MI 2 weeks ago.  If they had we could probably be seeing the light of day at the end of the tunnel by now.  They failed and are still failing so we are instead looking at the light of an on-coming train.
