Let the first who is perfect cast the Stone. Not I ...........
I for one are certainly not perfect made lots of mistakes and lots of Great choices. I've been a member of Lakes Online.com for several years now. I read the good and the bad which is all how you look at it. Good being well (there is some very helpful info occasionally) to chose from on here and Bad being all the complainers of "All of the eaterys, the weekenders, the boaters, tubers, home and boat lights, polices, laws", dogs, neighbors, and did I miss or leave something out? OH the MUSIC!
I love the Lake and like most of the people here. I've made several post on here as replys or had a few questions? I try to say or stay very postive as it's human nature to get caught up in all the "Why's, What if's, and yes complaints. My latest post was how dissappointed my wife, I and guest were how locals don't support an eatery to stay open on posted hours. No big deal just went to the other one. So with that in mind I'll leave you with a thought.
Question: "What does the Bible say about complaining?"
The Greek word translated “complainer” means literally “one who is discontented with his lot in life.” It is akin to the word grumbler. Complaining is certainly not a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) and, in fact, is detrimental to the peace, joy, and patience. If we must complain, let it be to Him (God) about our own sinfulness so that He will forgive and cleanse us (1 John 1:9) and put within us a new heart, one that rejoices rather than complains. May all be kind and enjoy God's great big world here .......... LAKE MARTIN! Say something good next time you post and mean it. I dare you !!!!
God richly bless each and everyone on this Forum!
Amen
