Since it is now considered "common knowledge" that Biden is mentally unfit could court challenges be sucessful in overturning some of this Lame Duck session BS, especially the pardons.  It seems to me that anything someone signs while incompetent can be undone fairly easily if it is proven.  Just one of the many things that make me go hmmm.
