That is all this is pure and simple.  What he doesn't understand is that working class folks are going to be more than annoyed that they are paying the tuition for some rich kid that got a degree in comparative languages or women's studies or whatever.  This is not the proper role of government and will only increase the cost of higher education.  They want to turn this into another entitlement.
