Subject:   Anybody ever try a cheese making kit?

I wanting to try one, but I'm concerned about where I can find milk that hasn't been ultra-pasterized. It seems like even the organic milk that is sold is ultra-paturized. I'm going to check at Earth Fare.

Anyone with any experience?
