I asked this question on one of my tours, but danged if I can remember the answer. I do remember that every so often they have to go down and clean the 'trash' away. They aren't all the way at the bottom either, but the lake could be drained if need be. I have also been unable to get in touch with a fella I know who could answer these questions for me. I guess he has me on iggy too......lmao.
