We bought a quality all alumunum lift with stainless motors and remote online for my dads dock about five years ago. We even had custom lengh cables added so it will go down to winter pool. Deepwater Dock put in the posts and we installed the lift. Install took me and my brother about 5 hours; it wasn't hard. Total cost was less than half of of any quote we got from the other sources mentioned in this thread. If you are handy and don't mind a little work, you can save a lot of money. BTW, it has performed flawlessly since install.
