Subject:   Turkey on Green Egg

Anyone have recommendations for cooking a turkey on a Green egg? I've cooked for turkeys for years on a smoker or gas grill with success, but this will be the first try on a BGE. BTW, I noticed several posts below about turkey breast drying out--we've cooked with 'titties down' in a heavily foil wrapped bird and never have dry meat and we're able to capture juices for dressing. Indirect heat, leave wrap open at top for smoke flavor until last hour, then close to maintain moisture.

Also, need recommendations for BGE cooking a brisket.
