Thanks!  It turns out that Mr. Allen no longer does dock-side, although he does have a trailer, if you need one, to get your boat to his shop.

It is. He doesn't work for them any more and is a gentleman farmer but still does boat work.  Good guy although when he winterized my boats at the house he'd drink all the beer in the garage fridge.  :-)

I knew that was his plan but thought the farm was in TN, or north GA or somewhere distant.  Good to know, if I need anything I will know who to call.
