Have started using smoke tube in my electric Masterbuilt smoker and on grill for added smoke. Helps in not having to add chips every 30min in smoker when doing a 12hr butt. Smoking has changed my life I do a few runs every week. Chicken, ribs, meatloaf, butts.

We bought a Weber Q 1200 years ago for fish for two and other very small cooks. Not bad. Thick steaks or chicken, ribs etc,, nope. This week I grilled 2 strips on the Q just to get out of the rain pouring down. Roof overhang. Thinner than normal. Brought them to 120* and took them off to rest. Not bad at all, even over gas.
