fishing next week

I am bringing my family with teenagers vacationing next week in orange beach next with 21' center-console and tackle to fish inland or offshore (if water is calm). I am concerned that the water may not be fully recovered from the storm. I've never fished this area and would appreciate input about technique and locations from anyone that might help put us on some fish and crabs.
